Tail LiftQuality Standards & Customer Service

With accessibility to warehouse and the supervisory nature of  quality procedures in place, there are additional processes with regard to vehicle inspection and tool lifting equipment maintenance which ensure quality of delivery and installation. With recognised accreditation we feel customer satisfaction over a period of 20 years is a testament to our procedures and systems. We are a progressive and customized enterprise and we have maintained a standard that has retained customer satisfaction with our dedication to service and our ability to respond with immediate effect when required.

MMS personnel have a distinguished history with regard to Installation / Removals / Relocation. From the first installation at Castleblaney for Wincor Nixdorf the knowledge garnered from those early years and subsequent roll-outs have equipped us with a practical understanding for the safe and efficient movement of specialist equipment. The size of the MMS operation means that escalation procedures are both immediate and effective. Our Operations Manager is on 24 hour seven day call and can both advise and commit depending on any giving exigency. Account Managers have direct responsibilities to customers and deal directly on a daily basis with all aspects of movement. Their experience is unlimited having being personally and physically responsible for the installation / Removal / and Relocation of specialist equipment over many years.

MMS can provide / attend review meetings on a regular basis. The format and frequency we believe should have a duality of input which would be amenable to both parties. Information and reports already collated on a daily basis by MMS could form the basis of such reviews.

With regard to improvement it is our desire to be adaptable and flexible in response to customer requirements. In such we respond to customer requests which demand better control and quality of delivery. In this regard MMS have tried to adhere with a cost benefit ingredient which directly impacts of cost control.
